Road Directions from Florenz:
Exit FIRENZE SCANDICCI in direction of FI-PI-LI (toll station)
follow FI-PI-LI and take exit EMPOLI (not Empoli Est or Empoli Ovest !)
at the roundabout take 3rd exit to CASTELFIORENTINO
from Castelfiorentino there are signs to MONTAIONE
at Via Aldo Moro 28 turn off on to private (unsurfaced) road
200 m further down you have reached your destination
Arriving by Train:
The main hub of the railway system is FLORENCE, where there are connections from all over Europe.
It takes about 1 hour and 15 mins (55 km) to drive to VILLA AMADEO from there.
